Great communication very good agent

Ray white in Busselton had been our rental agent for 5 years with the same tenant who locked after the property well. The tenant wanted to break his lease just before the 5 years had expired. We were originally going to live in the property ourselves but decided to sell the property and not re-let it. So, we contacted Ray Whites in Busselton and the same person that sold it to us 5 years ago handled all the paperwork for selling the property for us. The agent's name is Alistar Guthrie and did a 5-star job, The property was sold within a week and settlement with in about 4 weeks. Well done to all involved.

Buying a house from interstate was nerve-racking. Alistair though was an excellent communicator and always patient and calm. At no stage in the transaction did we feel pressured nor our concerns dismissed out-of-hand.
