We've work with Alistair twice now and both experiences have been terrific. He gets on quietly with the job, covers the details and makes the whole transaction as painless as possible.

We bought our property from Alistair, and as the seller’s agent, we’re so grateful for all his extra effort. He went out of his way to help us, including assisting with the virtual inspection of the property. Alistair always answered our questions thoroughly, showing his great knowledge and experience. Thanks to him, we felt completely confident and at ease with our purchase.
Alistair was very approachable, professional and easy to deal with.
Great communication. Good Market knowledge, happy with initial appraisal plus the selling price with a quick and easy settlement. Thanks Alistair
Since the first contact, Alistair and his team have delivered an outstanding customer service and really focus on getting the smooth process on both seller and buyer. Highly recommend!
Due to difficult circumstances Alistair went above and beyond to help us achieve the sale. Not only did he have to navigate unforeseen issues with the sale he also had to deal with my stress as well as his own. He stayed calm and diplomatic and listened to our concerns and personal circumstances to negotiate a positive out come for all concerned. Can,t thank him enough and I have no hesitation in recommending him for any one looking to sell their property in this area.
Alistair Guthridge is the true professional. From the time I contacted Alistair 12 months before the actual property going on the market and the actual sale through to the end Alistair was there to the end. Nothing was too much trouble from initial contact to the settlement. Marketing and friendly service through to the small details were no problems. I would recommend Alistair to anyone who would ask. He knows the Busselton and surrounding areas very well and the sale price was spot on. Excellent Real Estate Agent.
