Recently used this agency to sell. Found their service to be below standard. The agent rescheduled an appointment and did not bother to inform us then turned up an hour and a half later. Dirty hand prints were left on newly painted rooms by people doing a building inspection. A gate was also left open in paddocks and livestock got out. Back door also left wide open following an inspection. Property boundary was wrong in sale ad. Additionally, commission rate was higher than other agents in Orange. Would recommend to shop around before choosing an agent.
