We had decided to sell during COVID-19 so talked to Alistair about our options and expectations. Al was confident that the market was still there for us so after socially distant photographs and walk through we’re done, we went live online at about lunchtime on the Friday. Al then arranged three private showings on the Saturday morning and by 3pm that same afternoon we had a full asking offer. If Al can deliver during a pandemic, he can do anything!! Every step of the way we’ve been updated, Al is easy to work with, realistic with both ours and his expectations and nothing was to hard or a bother. We’ll definitely be calling Al for our next property transaction!
