I am an Executor of a property in which Alli was the Selling Agent. As you could imagine there was a lot of 'emotion' surrounding the sale but Alli dealt with the situation in an exemplary manner. She exhibited professionalism and an understanding of the market meanwhile keeping both Executors, the buyers and the beneficiaries all abreast of the situation. She was so understanding of everyone's vested interests. It could have become fraught with difficulties but Alli steered the sale to its settlement date keeping all parties happy.
