Persistence with Excellent Communication

We asked Chris to sell a rural property in Clunes NSW. The property was slightly unusual in that it was a deceased estate with house sitters looking after it. It was a brief that needed excellent communication between all parties involved and Chris made sure that dialogue was always open. He always gave feedback after visits from potential buyers and worked well with the tenants and was always on time and well prepared. Chris is persistent and through his experience believed that a sale was always possible. He knew the area very well and was able to inform us as vendors, and potential buyers with up to date market analysis. Chris works out of professional and efficient office and that backup was helpful. There was a lot of hard work that went into this sale which would not have been possible without Chris' integrity and professionalism.

We value data driven decision making and this was invaluable in shaping the strategy we fine tuned with the KBRE team. It was also imperitive that our neighbours and interested parties were treated respectfully and communicated to promptly. In a reflection of the genuine kindness and care we wanted our buyer to experience, KBRE arranged for our neighbours to write welcome notes.
