Firstly, I would like to Congratulate Allie Coutts on a job well done. Allie took the job on from the start and was enthusiastic, worked every detail and got the results. There is always a formula to work from and Allie crossed every T and dotted the i’s. I left everything to Allie because I was taken to hospital with Pneumonia. Allie achieved the price I wanted. I would like to compliment Madeleine, the owner of “Madeleine Hicks Real Estate” for a job well done by the whole office. If you are looking for a trustworthy, hardworking Real Estate Agent you cannot go past Allie Coutts and the Madeleine Hicks team. Just look for the Butterfly.

The purchase of our home was made so much easier due to Allie’s care and attention to our needs. Allie was very easy to communicate with and followed up every question as soon as possible. It was great to work with her and we would highly recommend her services.

Buying your first house is daunting but Allie made this experience super easy. She helped us out every step of the way which was made more complicated by the fact we were living in different states. Highly recommend Allie to anyone!!

I highly recommend Allie Coutts. She has helped us with the preparation, marketing and sale of our property which has been home for 27 years. Allie was always considerate, communicated frequently and effectively with us, was professional and enthusiastic. She was always open and honest with us, and we are very happy to have had Allie as our agent.

From the first day we met Allie, we felt comfortable. She was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process of selling our house and came across as very enthusiastic and positive. We felt like she was really trying to get the best outcome for us, and was always honest and upfront about how things were going. She was also very considerate with regards to letting us know when she would be bringing clients through our house. We really appreciated this. All in all dealing with Allie has been a very positive experience.

Allie Coutts sold us the home which we are so excited about moving into. The whole experience was very smooth due to the consistent communication from Allie and the time she spent allowing us to view the house. Allie was up front about any of the negatives of this house in the beginning and allowing us the time to decide if that mattered. Long before we decided to buy this house Allie had spent time on the phone to me answering my questions about various properties, Brisbane itself, flood maps, the market, and any other random question I had. I followed many properties over a period of 10 months and spoke to many agents. But it was Allie who would phone me when a new house came onto the market that she thought may suit us, where other agents had not even returned my calls or emails. She spent the time to help us. She is an intelligent, pleasant and fun person and we were so glad that it was eventually Allie who sold us our new home.

We really enjoyed working with Allie to sell our home! Her positivity and genuine enthusiasm really shone through in the sale of our property, and she achieved a fantastic result for us. Couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Allie was recommended to us by word of mouth and we were very happy that we decided to engage Allie Coutts as the agent to sell our property. Allie is an agent that we felt we could trust to do the best for us. She always kept us up to date with what was happening, she advised us on how to present our property with tips that were within our budget and with as little disruption as possible. She was punctual with every meeting and easy to work with. Allie has a warm personality and is a pleasure to know. She negotiated the sales price that we were very happy with. We can recommend Allie as a hardworking real estate agent who will do her best to achieve a good sales process for you.

We met Allie a few years ago in our quest to find a home of our own. Allie took our number, noted exactly what we were looking for and gave us a call every time something fitting the desired description came up. She remembered our details, what we needed room for and what we didn't want. Every time we saw her at an open home she greeted us by name showed us what she had on the market and would give us the heads up if there was something coming on the market soon. No other agent in Brisbane did what she did. They would say they would call if something came up but they very rarely did. I said from the first time I met Allie that I wanted to buy a house from her and we are so pleased that we did. We trust Allie and we are absolutely thrilled with our home. I would recommend Allie to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home. She is absolutely lovely to deal with and makes what is a very stressful time easier to deal with. Thank-you Allie !!!!

From our first meeting Allie’s positive attitude, calm professionalism and sense of humor made the selling of our home far less stressful than we expected. Allie kept us fully informed throughout the whole process with regular updates and friendly reassurance. She was always available to offer advice or answer any questions, and has extensive knowledge of both the Real Estate Industry and the local market. We are very happy with the result and have no hesitation in recommending Allie to anyone considering selling their home. Thanks Allie! from John and Debbi

Allie was great to work with. She kept me apprised of all activity on a regular basis. She listened (and responded) to any and all my concerns and questions. I believe she was very good at following up leads, and getting feedback from all potential buyers who inspected the house. I have no hesitation in recommending Allie and Madeleine Hicks Real Estate. They even lent me some of their own household furnishings to help stage the house. Thanks, Allie.

Allie was friendly and very professional. She worked with us to make us feel like it was a team effort. This is the second time we have dealt with Allie and the staff at Madeleine Hicks Realty and have always found each and every staff member a pleasure to deal with. Allie is truly an agent that goes above and beyond to achieve positive results for both seller and buyer. Genuine person with a passion for real estate. Consistent, punctual and very personable. Thank you Allie for achieving a great result and being involved with another one of our family real estate makeover adventures!!!
