At first I wasn't sure how things were going to go with Allie! I was a first homebuyer and not used to the process and did at first find her approach, which of course was to act in the seller's interest, intimidating. However, when the contract was in and there were ongoing issues with the broker I had chosen, Allie was infinitely patient with these issues, which ultimately made what was a very stressful time (for both me and the seller), a lot better than it could have been. It was clear in the settlement period that she was working for both me and the seller, wanting to get me into the house and the seller their cash. Tenacity is a quality I believe sellers will love in an agent, and Allie is certainly tenacious. She's also straight down the line, upfront, no BS and a lovely person.
