We are now located 500km from Sydney and we originally chose Bresic Whitney for the outstanding results they achieved in our suburb. After meeting chatting and then meeting with Allister we were at completely at ease for him to be our agent. Even though we are so far away Allister keep us informed every step of the way, provided advice and guidance and went over and above to achieve a record breaking result for our complex and area. Allister was by far our favourite realestate agent. We are very glad that in the end we secured a property sold by him. Allister mapped a clear plan of action. He advised me in detail on what to do, what not to do and what to expect. He introduced me to the painter contractor, the interior designer and co-ordinated all of them. The marketing was done professionally and efficiently. Most of this happened while I was on a 3 week cruise. On my return the property sold less than a week later. It sold above my reserve and market value. Having worked in real estate for 4.5 yrs i was always going to have high expectations of who was going to sell my property and yet Allister still managed to exceed my expectations! After interviewing other local agents in the area, I actually chose Allister to sell my property bc from the initial meeting to appraise my home, explaining the selling process, the advice to use Auction (even though i was still unsure as our local area is traditionally For Sale) & superior marketing, we were blown away his knowledge, skill, integrity and professional approach. Allister was great to work with - a consummate professional who made certain that there was always transparency in our dealings with him. He kept us constantly in the loop regarding the latest developments with potential buyers, and was highly knowledgeable about the changing status not only of the property in question but of the market overall.
