I spent probably 3 years following a number of agents in preparation for selling my house. All the staff at Breswick Witney I have dealt with over those years have been very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in helping me understand the market and all the details of what I could do to prepare my house for sale. They also managed to find the perfect balance between keeping in touch with me , showing me places that helped me prepare, and not being pushy or annoying or any of those negative attributes often associated with agents. When the time came to finally sell it happened very quickly. I chose to finish preparing, and get it on the market within 2 1/2 weeks. Alistair was fantastic. He recommended 3 or 4 independent services to put the final touches together and they were all absolutely fantastic not only in the work they did but in pulling it together in a very short time frame. . Eg Gardening, styling and pool compliance and Conveyancing. His knowledge of the area, the services, future government planning or private development, down to things like bus runs, market days, and indicators of council attitudes was extraordinary and way beyond anything I had experienced with other agencies. On the very rare occassion he didn't, he always called back promptly. This is not only important as a seller but we believed it was crucial for prospective buyers too. So often when enquiring about properties to buy ourselves we found that agents never answered the phone nor got back to you. We were confident Allister never missed an enquiry.
