I was looking to purchase a townhouse. After making an inquiry on a particular townhouse I was advised that the property was already under offer. Ally notified me as to a similar but better upcoming property in the same complex. She provided photos and it was indeed a better property that suited me. This also gave me time to arrange finance ahead of the official listing. Offers exceed my expectations however I was the successful purchaser.
