She was punctual, resourceful and helpful (when she didn't have the knowledge on the place she was able to get it asap for us.) Ally sold my 88 year old mother’s home for a record price which was amazing in itself, and in no small part due to her local knowledge and passion for the area. But what really impressed was the wonderful care and empathy she demonstrated. I wasn’t able to travel to NSW due to COVID so Ally went the extra mile moving furniture, organising for things to be taken away and most importantly having cups of tea with Mum when she was feeling overwhelmed about leaving her home of almost 40 years.
