We were very impressed with Alvin's professionalism, friendliness and his knowledge of a wide range of subjects - especially "keeping a very straight Duncan Fearnley cricket bat, even on our sticky garden wicket," - and his knowledge of plants and gardening and his memory for details. The latter being essential when dealing with prospective clients.

Alvin provided exceptional service and has excellent market knowledge. Alvin kept us well informed and updated regularly throughout the sale of our property. Alvin offered great advise and achieved a sale greater than what we were anticipating. I would highly recommend Alvin and would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.
