As the purchaser of a property, Alyson was great right from the start, firstly with negotiations on price and then when the difficult periods of extending finance dates she acted as a go-between with the vendors to obtain the extension of time required and again at the settlement date when things could easily have fallen over.
Alyson took over the sale from another Real Estate agent who had failed to attract or secure a buyer within the price range required. Following discussions with Alyson the property was transferred into her care and within a short time Alyson secured a buyer for the property at a price well above the previous agents recommended sale price. Alyson delivered what she said she would. Very professional and upbeat throughout the selling process. Highly recommended.
