From the start Demo gave us the confidence that our property was going to be marketed to its utmost advantage. The drone , video and photos were above our expectations and certainly made people want to view our property and attracted serious buyers . We sold within 3 weeks and at a price above our lowest that was listed . It took a while for the buyers bank to get everything through but at each step Demo kept us informed and even contacted us intermittently to say although nothing was happening the processes were being completed " behind the scenes " . He answered any questions we had and helped us to sort through things that weren't what a real estate agent needed to do . If he was not available Gareth was always there to deal with things and he is as passionate about helping clients as Demo is.
