It’s very clear why they are the leaders in there profession.

Demo and Gareth were great. Helped with their contacts at the bank to help get us over the line with this purchase. Definitely recommend

Always there when you needed him for any advice or help. If unavailable, would always get back to me as quickly as he could. Spoke the truth and not simply just what I wanted to hear - in terms I could understand. Very helpful in every aspect and made the entire process easy for me as a first time buyer.

Thank you to Demo and Gareth in assisting us with our recent sale of our property. Their vast experience, knowledge of the market and buyers enabled them to secure a sale for us in a very short time and one we were extremely happy with. Thank you for your superb service.

Demo sold our home before the first home open and keep us promptly informed on every single aspect of the process . We are extremely happy with the outcome . A job very WELL DONE !

100% professional, could not have had a better or easier experience, definitely recommend Demo.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend Demo and Gareth.

From the start Demo gave us the confidence that our property was going to be marketed to its utmost advantage. The drone , video and photos were above our expectations and certainly made people want to view our property and attracted serious buyers . We sold within 3 weeks and at a price above our lowest that was listed . It took a while for the buyers bank to get everything through but at each step Demo kept us informed and even contacted us intermittently to say although nothing was happening the processes were being completed " behind the scenes " . He answered any questions we had and helped us to sort through things that weren't what a real estate agent needed to do . If he was not available Gareth was always there to deal with things and he is as passionate about helping clients as Demo is. We would highly recommend Demo to anyone who is thinking of selling , buying , renting or needing an appraisal.

Would highly recommend Demo & Gareth. They have been such an amazing help through all the process of buying our second home. I cannot fault them really. Always there for all issues you have & they do accommodate you straight away. Thank you guys!
