Demo takes the stress out of conveyancing. No question is too stupid, he is attentive and cheerful always and it is a joy to find someone who clearly likes what he does. He has an extensive knowledge of the process, but more importantly is willing to give an opinion based on common sense about grey areas that may arise. Very reassuring, cannot recommend his services more highly.
