Demo made purchasing of a new home easy. He had a strong positive relationship with the previous owner and extensive knowledge of the home which was very helpful. He opened the house for us again post offer to show my parents which was wonderful, and was in frequent contact keeping us both updated on the process.

I have always (probably mistakenly) put Real Estate Agents and Used Car Salesmen into the same bracket, i.e. my opinion of them has never been particularly high and I have never really respected their craft or knowledge. After dealing with Demo, we have had to adapt our opinion. Not all Agents are created equal and Demo is certainly a tier above the norm. I would not hesitate to recommend Demo to any prospective buyers. I had never met him prior to purchasing this property. He's not a "friend" that I'm giving a good review to, he's just an amazing Real Estate Agent with amazing market knowledge and to be honest - after dealing with rest - I would not deal with anyone else, but the best in this area - and that's Demo!

Demos knowledge of the market is second to none, he communicates with you every step of the way keeping you up to date on viewings, offers etc. Top agent and in my opinion not just in Tapping👍👍

Demo helped us every step of the way throughout the purchase of our first investment property. He kept us up to date with everything and put us in touch with relevant services who were also very professional and efficient with their services. We still can't believe how seamless the whole process was and how quickly everything went through. We cannot recommend Demo highly enough and will certainly use his services again in the future and recommend him to friends and colleagues.

Demo was very helpful and patient with my partner and I during the process of buying our first home. Demo was always always happy to answer our questions and went above and beyond to ensure the transaction ran smoothly.

Initially it seemed to me that My enquires weren’t being taken too seriously, however after a visit to the open house and a few phone calls and emails, everything ran smoothly. As this was my first home, I had a lot of questions and uncertainty about various things, Demo showed a lot of patience and was more than happy to help answer all of them. Also being a FIFO worker, Demo was happy to deal with friends and family to make appointments in my absence. Overall very pleased with the service.

I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Demo over the past 6 months and cannot thank him enough. He goes above and beyond and is always very professional and efficient at what he does. I bought my new house through him and he recently sold my other house. Demo is a man of his word and you won’t be disappointed.

Demo is brilliant and caring .He helps you catch the attention of the buyers eye and is sure to help you sell your house above your expectations.

From the movement we viewed the above property with demo he was amazing to deal with and made everything so easy. We were out of the country when the purchase was going through but with the help of demo we didn’t have anything to worry about as he took care of everything. Amazing agent to deal with thanks again

Demo has been a superb agent guiding us through every step of the way with the purchase of our house whilst based in the UK. Not knowing the Australian property procedures very well, no question was too silly and Demo would often take into account the time difference and go out of his way to contact us out of hours. It has been an absolute dream for the whole process to go so smoothly, thank you so very much!

Very knowledgeable and provided me and my family with the best service and advice, would recommend Demo to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.

Demo was a great person to deal with. Professional and friendly. Demo knows his ‘stuff’ Our sale has gone through rather smoothly and any questions were quickly answered and sorted if required
