Well it’s all true. Hearing and reading about about Demo I thought.. “this guy sounds too good to be true!” How on earth can so many people say the same positive things!? In a nutshell... Demo is amazing. Hand on my heart I honestly mean that. We had never sold a house before so we were slightly nervous about the adventure ahead. I’m so grateful we had Demo to almost ‘ hold our hand’ so to speak and guide us in such a professional, yet personal way. His knowledge, advice on things to get our property ready, pricing expertise- we took all of this on board which I believe helped attract a wide group of buyers from his extensive data base. In a tough market, we had incredible success and it was down to Demo and his skills. Demo was fantastic in his presentation, communication, professionalism, enthusiasm, positivity... wow! Demo was always available to speak to and his marketing strategies and amount of time he spends on his job is just incredible. What an amazing agent and also what a lovely person!
