About Amalija
Whether I’m jumping out of planes for fun, or jumping through hoops for my clients, my enthusiasm and vivacity are obvious character traits which equate to great relationships with both Vendors and Buyers.
I believe that building and extracting as much information as I can from a potential buyer puts me in the best position to extract the maximum price they are prepared to pay for your property. Too many buyers I have spoken to tell me they get no service, no follow up and generally no care. Well that’s my point of difference, I care!
If an Agent doesn’t build a trust relationship with a Vendors market place “the buyers’’, really the property is just thrown to the open market, instead I guide buyers through the process from beginning to end extracting as much information as I can about where they cap out financially, what are the emotional-feel good factors they are looking for in their next home and the benefits a property can offer them.
When it comes to living in the Inner North, an area rich in multicultural diversity, there is not much I don’t know and not many European languages I can’t speak! Fluent in Croatian, born and bred locally, I attended Merri Creek Primary school then Northcote High school and completed my VCE at Preston Girls Secondary College. Many of my friends and family reside in the Inner North and I maintain strong relationships within the community.
I have ten years’ experience in sales and I must say the team here and right across the hockingstuart network, have an amazing work ethic. Everyone is friendly, professional and supportive and help each other. We seek to deliver the highest quality of customer care, as well as optimum results.
Away from work, I love spending time with family and friends, breakfast at Barry’s, coffee at Tin pot cafe, shopping at Piedimonte's, dinner anywhere along High Street or Lygon Street, sports and adrenalin activities, such as sky diving, bungee jumping, and international travel which I have done extensively. I’m always happy to chat about where you are going and where you have been.
