She has great contacts to assist in getting my property ready - painting, building, cleaning etc. Always having an enthusiastic and energetic approach to my sale - nothing is too much bother. Amanda and her team provided consistent communications and were always easily contactable. Great guidance through contract negotiations though at no time did I feel pressure to sign a contract I was not happy with. Shannon was equally a valuable and knowledgeable part of the sales team. Amanda was the selling agent for a house we saw online. She was very helpful from the start when she organised a private viewing for us as we couldn’t attend the open house. When I showed further interest, she was always a phone call/ text message/ email away to answer my questions. She even contacted me late at night when I needed her help. She is professional, has great negotiation skills and is very approachable and easy to work with. Although she was the selling agent for the house we purchased, I can easily recommend her as a selling agent because in my opinion, professionalism, having negotiation skills and availability are key requirements for a selling agent. Her team are great too.
