Avoid this agency at all costs. Should have chosen another or just sold it myself. A couple of highlights: - rarely returns calls - makes paperwork mistakes on contract docs and blames your spouse - had never seen the property prior to the first inspection - didn't advertise or lean on their 'vast' network of agents or customers - we had to manage the staging ourselves - we had to organise for the photography, for which we paid extra, to be fixed when it was done incorrectly - the photography was organised for before the house had been cleaned - doesn't advocate for the vendor at inspections - doesn't advocate for the vendor at pre-settlement inspections - fills your inbox with spam emails - agreed in writing that they could 'conservatively achieve' our price then calls you to tell you to accept far lower 3 days later and that the price was never achievable - really good at telling lies to get your contract to sell and take your money - doesn't do any active sales work for the money
