Amanda was successful in selling our house under fairly difficult circumstances ie. the market seemed to have slowed at the end of October / November; a large number of houses for sale at the same time in the street; strangely very little interest in the house which could be due to the wrong price being put on the house- too high which put off buyers. This resulted in quite a difficult process with the ultimate buyers. However, to Amanda's credit she succeeded in achieving the sale with them even though it was considerably less than what we had been led to believe to be the value of the property.
