i recently was involved in a purchase from one of amanda's vendors, my view is she worked hard and tirelessly for the vendor to achieve the maximum price the purchaser would pay, whioch she did, whilst adding many conditions to assist the vendor!. i would definately use amanda to sell my property for these reasons, and as well we saw her care and compassion for her emotional vendor, which was unexpected for a real estate agent, whom usually are just quick sale commission chasers.
