I first met Amanda around 10 years ago for a market appraisal & she struck a cord with me immediately. Years later when I decided it was time to move on my first thought for my agent was Amanda. She is thoroughly professional but also very personable, and easy to talk with, she knows the market well & I would recommend her highly.
Amenda failed to return phone calls regularly. Did not communicate after sale for collection of keys. As I was informed on one call that she will be busy on Saturday and won't be able to take calls, when we called on the Saturday however she did end up calling back. We were purchasing as NSW buyer with slightly different laws. was quite rude when it came to patience to explain a question. We would still purchase if they had a property we wanted to purchase through this agency just not the best agency we have made a purchase from. Amanda came across as quite arragant and was not as helpful or understanding as she could have been.
Amanda was great from the start and did not try to high pressure sell as many agents normally do. We looked at numerous property she was selling until we found the one that suited our lifestyle and budget. Once contract was offered to seller she negotiated a great price and ensured we got the property at fair price. From there everything was taken care of and nothing was too hard for her.
