I listed my property just before covid lock downs hit, she updated me weekly with the data from the website the property was listed and any feedback from home opens. I met Amanda at a home open in my street as I wanted to get a feel for the market. I explained my plans for retirement and the need to downsize but it wouldn’t happen until later in the year. Amanda called around and viewed my property and we discussed changes to improve the overall appeal. Amanda touched base every couple of months to see how my plans were tracking. In November 20 I got serious and completed the renovations, photos were taken 20th December, 1st Home open 3/1/21 Offer accepted 14/1/21 Settlement 22/2/21. Sold for right price (mine that is) everyone is happy.
