We met Amanda while view a house in our budget but didn’t tick all the boxes. As we were explaining why it wouldn’t work for us, Amanda asked what are the key things you need. I of course wanted to rant off my “wish list” but remember I have to be realistic and said… 4x2/ central location SOR/ good size land/ no Reno’s just paint/ close to fwy or hwy for work/ walking distance to a high school. Within minutes Amanda said “I have a place you have to see tomorrow” So we did and we made an offer that day was excepted and we moved in 60 days later / DONE

Amanda was very good to work with. She gave us good advice. Easy to work with. This is the second home she has sold for us. Knows her market, knows the area.

My wife and I were happy to work with Amanda. She is very active, kind, and patient with her customers. She works with her passionate. She answered any our inquiries at any time. She worked us through the final inspection without any concerns. I couldn't have more compliments for her as her work is enthusiastic. Just one suggestion is about the announcement of key handovers. I knew that the seller was worried about the 1-day delay of buyer's finance release and cancelled her removalist. It would be better, if Amanda gave us announce ealier. However, everything went well until final stage.

We chose to use Amanda as our agent based on the fact that we had seen her at a lot of home opens over the years and were always impressed by her welcoming, friendly nature and her knowledge of real estate in the area. When she came to give us a market appraisal for our home, we were highly impressed at her professionalism, advice and the amount of her time she gave us. Amanda made the whole process of selling our home straightforward and simple. She always provided us with the information and support that we needed each step of the way and was excellent at keeping up the lines of communication. She always returned our calls promptly if she was unable to answer when we rang her. But we didn't need to call her often because she was always proactive at contacting us and keeping us up to date each step of the way. Our sale initially was very quick and we achieved a price far above what we expected. Due to circumstances outside of everybody's control, we met with some very rare complications to the sale process at the eleventh hour. This is where Amandas professionalism really shined as she helped us to work through these complications. She sought advice where needed and provided us with contact details for finance brokers and settlement agents who were also excellent in helping to overcome the challenges the sale of our house met with. In the end we had to go back to the market and Amanda once again helped to sell the house very quickly and smoothly. We also appreciated her care and advice in helping us find a house to buy so we would have somewhere to live after settlement! Amanda truly went above and beyond to support us through the buying and selling process which at times became very emotionally draining and stressful due to life circumstances (new baby) and rare complications (death of parties on the contract, fires threatening under offer property etc). We couldn't have done it without Amanda' support and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to everyone!

I had stayed in contact with Amanda for several months in regards to buying my first home and gave her key features I was after. Amanda stayed within my budget and found everything I wanted and more. She ensured any hiccups were quickly taken care of and worked extremely well with my mortgage broker and settlement agent. Couldn't recommend her enough and if I was to ever sell or buy again, would definitely be my only option!

Amanda gave very little info on the property when buying it. She was not helpful and dry. After making the offer and being successful, Amanda constantly contacted me for things that only should have been managed by the settlement agent. She was pushy and wouldn’t even shed a smile. It was difficult to negotiate with her and it felt like she just had a chip on her shoulder. Very little professionalism was conveyed and I wouldn’t recommend her being your agent.
