The she sold me by talking about the property and how she would value it and market it. Also we discussed a strategy that I understood. We both knew the type of person that would buy the house, and she understood how to price the property to increase the probability of attracting the right buyer. I liked Amanda, if you are selling a property you would not be disappointed to discuss this with her. You might like her as well, or you might not. Choosing an agent I think is personal.
