Amanda Faulkner

Amanda’s communication & professionalism were fantastic.

We rented the property for six years prior to the purchase with Amanda also overseeing the upkeep of the property over the last few years of that time & she always let the owner know any issues that needed addressing with prompt attention. Thanks Amanda

There were a total of 6 lots that Amanda sold for us and her and her team's service is excellent. The sale of all the 6 lots exceededour expectation in terms of the duration taken to sell all of them. Amanda and her staff carry themselves with a high degree of professionalism with a pleasant attitude and demonstrated their willingness to accommodate to all our requests. I would recommend Harcourts West Tamar to any potential property buyer or seller.

Amanda was diligent, performed open homes with good feedback and professional marketing expertise

Amanda was very helpful with our sale. Great communication. Very driven and approachable. I would highly recommend

An agent who know the local and regional market very well and was able to provide guidance targeted marketing tactics. Always reachable and is consistent with her communication. While previously the sales of other lots on this development have been slow, being a mortgage sale, her guidance on how to reposition the remaining lots have been very useful with successive sales picking up pace.
