Before you get mucked around with shady, shifty real estate agents who are going to promise you everything but give you nothing, I suggest you give Luke French a call, he won't disappoint you. I engaged two different agencies prior to listing with Harrison's, and was totally disheartened by their broken promises and lack of communication. I met Luke at an open home he was showing and from that very moment, he showed interest, compassion and understanding towards my situation. Over several months he strategize and kept me updated with market trends, highs and lows and the best way to re-advertise my property. When we eventually came to list, he had the right buyers, who paid and settled with an easy, straightforward contract. If you need an agent who will look outside the square, not think you are 'difficult', and will listen to what you want, then Luke French is the man.

We purchased an investment property in 2021 and Saunders were the selling agents. Tim was so friendly, professional, genuine, and accommodating that we chose them to manage the property. We then had the pleasure of working with Julia and we could not have been happier with how the property was managed. Inspection reports were detailed and any required maintenance actioned quickly. Julia was firm with the tenants, but very reasonable and fair.
