We entered the market at a very difficult time, almost coinciding with the first outbreak of COVID 19. Consequently we were dealing with uncertainty in terms of market impact, nervous prospective buyers and, in some cases, unclear when or whether inspections could be conducted . We elected not to have open house inspections preferring , under consultation with Amanda Haimona, to have only private inspections.
