I met Amanda when I drove past a house I was interested in. Unfortunately, she was on her way to put the SOLD sticker on the very board I was looking at! She took my details and listened to what I was looking for. She told me about areas in Mt Martha to go and drive by. True to her word, she rang me back with a place to look at, juggled things so I could inspect it quickly (I was flying out of Melbourne the next day) and worked hard with the vendor to make sure we had a price and settlement date that suited all parties. We owned the house within 4 days! Amanda has awesome local knowledge and is really on the ball without being 'real estate' pushy!
