Replied messages and emails very quickly. A very detailed person. Even the keys are labeled. Can answer all the questions. Cares about all the parties such as buyer, owner and tenants If I am going to sale my property one day, Amanda is the first person I can think of.

Our dealings with Amanda Hobbs was as a buyer. During the initial open inspection she was on time and professional to deal with. She answered any questions easily and did her best to highlight the property and general area. In general she was friendly and attentive but not pushy. She followed up with a phone call soon after our inspection, as would be expected. Soon after that, negotiations of contract were conducted in a prompt and civil manner. After a contract was signed, Amanda kept in touch with us to remind of deadlines for finance and building. I appreciate this was most likely in the seller's interest (she is their agent after all), however it was done in a respectful way. It was also timely for all concerned as the contract was signed in mid December. The contract had a long time to settlement and Amanda provided information that would have allowed this to be brought forward. Once again, I believe this was in the buyer's interest however our decline was met with a friendly and courteous response. We had cause to request information from the previous owner on existing utility providers to which Amanda sought out answers immediately and kept us informed when the owner had been slower to reply. We did however receive intelligent answers to all our questions in a reasonable time. In total, because of the nature and timing of this sale, Amanda had cause to email over 25 times, text 15 times and an equal number of phone calls. She worked hard prior to signing and equally afterwards. We were also made to feel very welcomed when handover finally occurred. In short, we will be using Amanda as our agent if go to sell.

I am super pleased to highly recommend Amanda as an agent. From the outset she was sensitive and attentive to our needs. It was a pleasure working with her and I hope that I can do business with her again . Truly reliable .
