Extremely responsive and helped make buying a unit a lot easier than expected. Would recommend Elliot if selling a property.

Throughout our properties purchasing journey, we've dealt with many agents, each with different sales approaches. Unfortunately, a number of them were overly pushy, relying on tired sales tactics that quickly diminished our interest in several properties we genuinely liked. From the very first inspection through to receiving the keys after settlement, Elliott and the Dean Property team stood out for all the right reasons. Every interaction was handled with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care. Their communication was always respectful, knowledgeable, and never pressured. Even our five-year-old son enjoyed chatting with Elliott and kept telling us we should buy “Elliott’s house”. Thank you, Elliott, for making the purchase of our new property the best experience we have had to date. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with a true gentleman.

I would highly recommend Elliott to anybody wishing to sell their home. He must be doing something right if you can list the property on a Friday afternoon, have an open home on the Saturday morning and an offer that day, which ultimately led to the sale of the property.

Working with Mervyn was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He listened carefully to my targets, understood exactly what I wanted to achieve, and built a clear strategy around those goals. His market knowledge, communication, and professionalism were exceptional throughout the entire campaign. He kept me informed at every stage, provided honest advice, and handled negotiations confidently and strategically. Most importantly, he delivered on what he promised and achieved the result we were aiming for. I highly recommend Mervyn to anyone looking for a committed, results-driven agent who genuinely works in his client’s best interests.

The diffence with Mervyn and other agents we met with was that he listened to our needs and our circumstances and what what important from our perspective. He then tailored his approach around that and maintained a professional and respectful relationship with all those involved in the sale, rental and buying process.

I could not have been happier with Melvyn Chen and Wendy Seccombe! Melvyn is so professional in his approach coupled with a sense of efficiency which I found very helpful. He organised so many moving parts so as to make my selling experience so smooth. Wendy is one Pocket Rocket filling in all the details and so approachable. She has a lovely kind but strong personality that as a women I found very comforting. The whole sale went so smoothly thanks to them. Thankyou again.

I engaged Harry to sell our property and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had met Harry previously when selling another home in Chapel Hill and didn’t go with him at the time—which, in hindsight, was a mistake—so choosing him this time was an easy decision. I didn’t even consider other agents. Harry achieved an outstanding result, exceeding our expectations. He backed his strategy by contributing to the marketing costs, which gave us real confidence in his approach. After just two inspections, he secured multiple offers and negotiated a sale price that was better than we could have hoped for. The marketing campaign was clearly well thought out, with a strong focus on the property’s key advantages—particularly the absence of strata fees, which attracted significant buyer interest and ultimately helped drive a higher sale price. Throughout the campaign, Harry’s communication was excellent. We were always kept informed, and he was consistently available whenever we needed to speak with him. Compared to our previous selling experience, this process felt far more organised and stress-free. I would have no hesitation in recommending Harry to anyone considering selling. He understands the market, provides clear pricing guidance, and delivers exceptional results.

Very impressed with Harry!! His energy, his knowledge, his enthusiasm and pure drive to get the job done are just some of the qualities that won me over when we first met on a Sunday to discuss the sale my unit. He is punctual and easy to work with, and nothing too difficult for Harry to assist with. He is happy to coordinate services for those last-minute tasks that you forgot about, this makes Harry the best agent to have at one of the most stressful times in your life. I wanted a short campaign, just two weeks, I said!! Harry sold my unit in a week, received a huge number of offers, the result surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend Harry to any potential seller (and my neighbours who were equally impressed at the speed of the sale). It really will be your best decision you make. Thank you, Harry.

I engaged Harry to sell my property and was very impressed with the result. The property wasn’t without its challenges, yet within a week Harry secured a strong offer above my expected price. His communication was clear and timely, and he provided great assistance throughout the entire process. Harry also arranged trades to help tidy and present the home at its best. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell in Brisbane’s Western suburbs.

As first home buyers, Nicola has been amazing and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She has always been attentive, responsive, and happy to answer any questions we’ve had. Her guidance, professionalism, and genuine care gave us confidence every step of the way. Even after settlement, she continues to be helpful and approachable. We’re incredibly grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Very fortunate to have an agent with Nicolas' experience, care and proffessionalism guiding us through the sale.

I knew at first I would want Nicola to sell my property, I did the right thing and interviewed other agents, but they didn't come close, She was there every step of the way and assisting where she didn't have to. Very professional, efficient but personable.I highly recommend Nicola if you want an agent that doesn't play games,is honest, direct and there for you to bring that sale home.
