Amanda was taken on to sell our small one-bedroom/studio Sandringham apartment. The property and building had many characteristics making it challenging to sell including ongoing investigations into the cladding which may need replacing, a stacker garage space, and no lift with our apartment being on the top floor. Amanda demonstrated a confidence in navigating these issues and was able to sell the apartment in a reasonable time and at a fair price, given the circumstances. I was most impressed by her excellent communication skills as I was never left wondering the outcome of inspections, she provided statistical data on online/phone interest in the property, and I always felt that she had a sales plan moving forward.
