We had Amanda manage our investment property for over 10 years. In all that time there was never for one moment that we were not happy with how Amanda went about conducting her business. Amanda knew what we were looking for in the way of what we considered as 'an ideal tenant' and always delivered. In saying this it was always in consultation with us so we could make the final decision and if we had any doubts Amanda would put her professional opinion forward to us in the decision making process.
