Amanda is an outstanding agent who uses an intelligent intuitive approach. Never pushy she is highly ethical and trustworthy and importantly she genuinely is working for the vendor. Refreshingly, I now have a lot more respect for estate agents.

We first met Amanda when we purchased our current property for which she was the selling agent. It is a fine line that Real Estate agents walk in their goal to satisfy both vendor and purchaser. I found the property I bought on line and rang to speak with Amanda to organise an inspection outside of the scheduled inspection times. I was at that time a two hour drive away. From my first contact with Amanda I found her to be professional, caring and very helpful. She did not need to sell me on the property, it ticked enough boxes for me to discuss with her the best procedure for making an offer. However it is important to mention, for that first inspection she was clear, concise and focused in promoting the property. Responses to my questions were answered informatively. 1.Amanda was briefed to sell the property under difficult circumstances where the tenant was sometimes not available, making access and open times , not ideal. 2.Amanda made time to suit the tenant and fitted in viewings accordingly 3.Amanda kept me ( vendor) informed after each open and also about the market place and market trends 4.Amanda’s very positive personality went a long way to put prospective buyers at ease and she went the extra mile by adding her personal touch to adding décor to make the home feel “lived in and warm”. 5.
