Overall our buying experience with Amanda was unpleasant and disatisfactory. The settlement was made made uncessarily stressful and disorganised. There was also "no welcome to your new home" or congratulations passed on from McGrath or Amanda.

Having worked on countless sales, with very happy clients, sadly on the rare occasion a sale can be challenging due to circumstances beyond my control. Extension requests, change in contract names, solicitor delays in notice and services not connected in time, to name a few problems with this particular process. Both Jess and I worked very hard to solve these problems.
