very quick response to all the inquires before the contract was signed, but now she does not even reply my inquiry ether through text or email. The receipt of deposit i had waited for long time, finally i found it in junk mail ...which has been slowing down my banking process...All she needed to do was jus noticing me that they had sent the receipt and i would start searching from that day. Not professional and responsive at all regarding any follow up inquiries. AT THE MOMENT IM STILL WAITING FOR THE RENTAL APPRAISAL AS SHE HAD CONFIRMED ON THE PHONE THAT SHE WOULD SEND TO ME IN THE BEGINING OF THIS WEEK . I had rated her service highly before but because her very delayed replying (through out two weeks no reply at all till i called), i become very upset. Its also not polite to ignore someone who need help and asking you so many times.
