Amanda was recommended to me by a friend for a reason that turned out to be irrelevant to me, that she had sold his property "over-night". The house I needed to sell was a quirky one that my scientist parents had lived in for many years and had adapted to make it work as a research institute full of books and rock collections, lived in by people almost as an afterthought. Amanda had lots of excellent advice about how to transform it back to an appealing place for a family with kids, and she not only recommended excellent workers but also pitched in herself on occasion. I cannot recommend Amanda highly enough for taking on a particularly difficult property and for her determination to work on my behalf to achieve a result that was completely beyond my ability unaided.
