Good buying experience, thanks!

Throughout the entire process, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a deep understanding of the local market, which gave us immense confidence.

Josh, Tarik & Saliba team recently sold our home with a great result despite the market conditions. Working with the team was an absolute pleasure for us - we were extremely impressed by their commitment, communication and willingness to change the strategy in a fast changing market. Saliba are exceptional at working as a team and included us as the vendors as part of that team, which really highlighted the experience for us.

Dion's communication was always prompt and he delivered up to date market insights while constantly aiming to achieve the best outcome for the seller. He was a pleasure to work with and is a valuable asset to Ray White. We felt complete assurance that Dion and the team would make the best decisions in the current market and were not dissapointed.

Dion managed to negotiate between us and the vendor during the auction so that we all came to an agreed price we were happy with. He was professional in his dealings with us and helped with the whole process.

We had a great experience working with Dion and Julian throughout the purchase of our home. They were professional, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way, making the process far less stressful than we expected. Their honesty and support stood out for us, and we truly appreciate all their help. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

It’s rare to meet an agent who genuinely cares the way Tarik does. He didn’t just help us with property, he took the time to understand our family, our circumstances and what this journey meant to us personally. We never felt like another transaction. His honesty, patience, communication and knowledge of the area are second to none. Tarik was there every step of the way and consistently went beyond what we ever expected. An exceptional agent and an even better person. I simply wouldn’t use anyone else.

Tarik recognised me from previous contact, identified straight away a possible property match and facilitated the purchase in days. The apt meets almost all of my needs. He was professional, communicated well and delivered everything he said he would in a timely manner.

Tarik was outstanding to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, always quick to answer questions and keep me informed. His knowledge of the market gave me real confidence, and when it came to negotiating, he worked hard to get me a great result on my unit. The whole experience was far smoother than I anticipated. I can't recommend him highly enough.
