(1) Helpful - She always get out of her way to assist in all aspects especially whilst doing the renovations of our unit as we were overseas and also COVID lockdown during this period, and we relay heavily on her to liaise with Contractor. The job was completed well and truly on time and to our utmost satisfaction. (2) Responsive - With the market as competitive as it is Amanda is very accommodating, prompt, available and communicative at all times. (3) Friendly - Amanda is always very nice, personable, polite and pleasant. (4) Knowledgeable - Amanda has the full knowledge of the housing market and provide useful insight to clients.
