Fortunately, we were introduced to you at one Saturday house showing. While we did not purchase that house, you took a personal interest in our needs and the criteria we were seeking. Within a very short time you phoned us to identify a house that you believed satisfied our needs and fell within an acceptable price range. Upon inspection we agreed! We are grateful for the sustained friendly service that you provided, promptly answering all our queries, and for the considerable time that you unstintingly devoted to make sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the purchase. You even spent two hours conducting an inspector over the dwelling to ensure there was nothing that might cause us concern. Purchasing a house can be fraught with details and worries for the buyer. Your attention to every detail was conducted with efficiency and professionalism. We loved your untiring business-like “can do” approach.
