We had a very positive experience selling our property with Amar. He was professional, responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He kept us informed, gave us helpful advice and worked hard to achieve a great result for us. We really appreciated Amar’s support and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.
The response was very prompt and smooth handling of both parties. RAY WHITE team did handle the expectations well and able to close the deal
Bilal was fantastic in giving us accurate and authentic information on every property we looked at. He genuinely understood our requirements and only showed us properties that matched what we needed, which saved us a lot of time and effort in our search. Amar took over from there and guided us through the auction process — since this was our first time buying and our first auction, he patiently explained all the terminology and made sure every participant was given a fair and equal opportunity on the day. He also negotiated skilfully with the owner, reaching an outcome that worked well for both sides. Both Bilal and Amar were trustworthy and professional throughout, and we'd happily recommend the Ray White Point Cook team to anyone starting their property journey.
The agent was professional, friendly and helpful throughout the purchasing process. Amar and colleages communicated clearly, responded promptly to my questions and kept me informed at every stage. His colleague Ash demonstrated strong knowledge of the local property market and explained the auction process in simple terms. His positive attitude and calm approach made the experience less stressful. The auction was well organised, and the entire process went smoothly. I highly recommend Amar and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
There was communication gap I guess the agent was very busy there were times where I couldn’t get hold of him
Amar did a great job in striking a clean deal quickly in this very difficult market. He is hard working and responsive, he also demonstrated a good understanding of market.
Amar has been an absolute professional throughout the purchase process and informs during every step. Very informative and friendly to deal with.
I’m a first home buyer and was not well versed with the nitty gritty of the property transaction activities. Amar was pretty helpful through out our property purchase journey. One area of improvement for him would be a bit more proactive in his communication with buyers, especially first home buyers, as they may not be aware of things which most experienced buyers might be of. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I wish Amar good luck in his future ventures.
I was searching for a home since last 7-8 months and then finalized this House after having series of discussions with Amar. Amar is great Individual and genuine. His well guided approach, transparency and his rich market knowledge is something am really impressed. I strongly recommend to reach out to Black and White Real Estate company or speak with Amar to have a pleasant experience if you want to buy the house. Cheers! Chandra
Amar fulfilled all my expectations. From advising on how to display the house for open for inspections right through to a sale within 15 days above the price I was hoping to get. Not only was Amar spot on with everything to do with the sale, the follow-up, after-sale, has been excellent as well. I would not recommend any other agent than Amar Thakkar.
