I’m a first home buyer and was not well versed with the nitty gritty of the property transaction activities. Amar was pretty helpful through out our property purchase journey. One area of improvement for him would be a bit more proactive in his communication with buyers, especially first home buyers, as they may not be aware of things which most experienced buyers might be of.
