Amar Thakkar was instantly able to give us a thorough snap-shot of the market in our area. He has comprehensive knowledge about demographics and sorts of buyers looking for homes in the area. We had had open and honest communication with Amar, therefore the selling process was not only successful but also absolutely pleasant.
Amar is an awesome agent, he's very smart and efficient also nice to negotiate with and handling your issues. I highly recommend him in real estate territory.
Amar was very professional in his approach and gave appropraite guidance at the right time.
Amar is a very passionate and professional agent. He knows the market well and always push himself for us to achieve the best results. He is very down to earth and listen to our needs and expectation and helps us achieve what we want. Overall very polite and honest agent couldn't ask for another better agent!
We were so lucky to have met Amar and have him sell our house. From the very first moment we met with him, he was upfront and honest with us. His professionalism and knowledge of the area is exemplary! We were so impressed with his work ethic, including being available to answer queries at anytime of the day or night ! We would highly recommend Amar, he is a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with. He will always go above and beyond!
Bought a property through Amar and the process was hassle free. Very professional. Recommended to All!
For us, our house is most important asset, therefore we spent quite a bit of time to find “the right agent”!!! We’ve met 5 different real-estate agencies. Here are the reasons we engaged Amar and the Black and White team: • Black and White were ready to work hard!. Every other agent aimed for a quick sell (to reduce their cost of sale) and therefore spent quite a bit of effort trying to convince us to sell our property @ a cheaper price - Black and White felt comfortable to commit! to sell above the market price • We were looking for an agent that can consult, capture our unique objectives and articulate a clear “execution plan” (the value of staging, different marketing options etc.) • Black and White demonstrated that they ‘Care’, ‘Can’ and ‘Want’ to work closely with us So, we received an offer within 1 week and sold our property $50k above “the market rate” (and the price that every other agent quoted) I will definitely recommend Amar and the Black and White team.
Amar helped with my property purchase in Point cook and was highly knowledgable and available at all times to answer any queries. Would highly recommend Amar to anybody looking for a property in the area
Definitely recommending Amar to anyone who wants to sell or buy!
As soon as we meet Amar we knew he was the man for the job! Amar was a complete pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond all expectations. We will definitely highly recommend him to any neighbours, coworkers, friends and family. He is very professional and knowledgeable. It was not easy to choose the right agent to market our house. We interviewed many agents from well-known agencies in the area. Some of them we found to be very arrogant. From the moment we instructed Amar we knew we had made the right decision. He was honest in his dealings, down to earth and approachable.
Amar helped us methodically right from the appraisal stage through to the sale of the property - his advice at all stages of the process was well placed and timely. His professionalism and honesty is evident right from the first interaction all the way through to how he treats all parties through the sale process. Thanks Amar - you made the whole process seamless. Look forward to doing business again !
