I think the best way to sum up Amber would be to say that nothing is ever too hard for her. We threw her some curly questions - and challenged her a number of times with requests - but she rose to every challenge. There was never even a hint of us being a hassle ... she just took everything in her stride and worked hard to make sure that we (and her vendors) were kept happy, and that the deal kept moving forward. Without Amber, I'm not sure that this purchase would have happened.
