Amber was a true pleasure to deal with always having a can-do and helpful attitude. She made an effort in ensuring we were never wondering where things were at during negotiation and also ensured that if she was waiting on the vendor for a reply we knew this, never assumed we would be fine to wait. On th ho i hav found Real Estate Agents do not call back within the time frames I am used too. This was not the case with Amber. Also at viewings she was there early arranging COVID requirements and left locations efficiently. While inspecting she left me alone to do my thing as was close enough to be able to answer questions. She always sought feedback about each viewing which showed she understood her role with vendors. No talking things up or down from where I as the buyer considered they were. No oversell or talks about the need to act to capture the property which many of her peers overstate. Last Amber was back with great admin efficiency which allowed us to secure our position. Our company owns and rents out 14 Residentail houses and units. This buy experience was rated highly.
