Amber took us to see several properties in a short space of time. We did not feel pressured and had fun looking at the area and a wide variety of properties. She was very respectful of our needs and showed great respect for the current tenants of the property. This was important in our dealings. Three respected real estate agents gave an opinion of sale price for my cottage . Amber was the only one that could see the real intrinsic value. The others were stuck in mathematical calculations of block and house areas. I went with Amber and she was proved to be correct. Purchasers can also see when something is special and don't necessarily work purely on maths. I think Amber has a gift for seeing what the purchasers will see which gives her the ability beyond the others of valuing a property correctly.

Amber was the agent who handled our purchase "sight unseen". I quickly developed confidence and trust in her. She tells it like it is and her integrity was quickly established with us - so much so that we spent close to $500K on a house we did not inspect until a few days before settlement. When we did finally look at it on a rush trip from Adelaide it was exactly as described, perhaps even better than we had hoped. We met the vendors and of course they have a similarly high opinion of Amber. A very nice transaction helped enormously by her professional no nonsense style and clear friendly communication skills. We dealt with Amber when we bought the block. Then when we were beginning to think about selling it we consulted Amber for advice. Her advice was frank and honest. Even though she could have gained an advantage at the time, she advised us not to sell.
