Amie Goddard

Amie Goddard typifies the problem with the real estate industry. Do not believe a word she says, she is the most in-genuine person I have ever met. Blatantly lied in the pre-signing interview to get the listing. All talk and fake promises, but little action and no responsibility for delivering a poor strategy, illegal underquoting and a mediocre result. Amie didn't even have the courtesy to say goodbye after the auction and a well below-promised result. It showed a massive lack of respect and showed where her priorities are. Purely $$ driven - get you in and spit you out. Do everything you can to avoid Jellis Craig Mentone and Amie Goddard.

Amie recently guided me through the sale of my first house. I had decided to sell right on top of Christmas and shortly after lockdown lifted (with threat of further lockdowns looming) so needless to say I was a little rattled throughout the process. However, Amie put me at ease from our very first meeting, and kept me well updated throughout. She is an extremely hard worker and exceptional communicator and reader of people, which is one of the reasons I chose to go with her/O'Brien. Amie was always readily available to answer questions or discuss concerns - on the rare occasion she didn't answer my call on first ring, she called back within 5 minutes. My house sold pre-auction and I was very happy with the result. I 100% recommend using Amie to sell your house.

Bought a Town House recently in Highett and have had contact with Amie Goddard from that office. I realize that the O'Brien Office was looking after the Vendors in this case but ....... Amie was just lovely, she was professional and absolutely transparent with the particulars of the sale. I was the fortunate successful buyer at the Auction and I appreciated the work Byron, the Auctioneer on the day did for the Vendors. Amanda, who helped me during the process was just great too. (Sorry for being quiet Amanda, trained to not be too outgoing :-). Thanks to Christian for the photos and contract. I met Amie at a busy open. She took time to speak with me, showed an interest in my circumstances, made me feel like a valued client, all without ignoring others. She had great knowledge of the property as well as the market. Amie came across as pleasant, patient and made me feel like she was an agent I could be honest with and trust. I bought my property through Amie who was understanding towards my needs through the whole process. She certainly does not ignor you once you have purchased. I would highly recommend Amie to others and actually have already done so. An amazing Agent, and an example to others as to what a great agent should be like.
