Amie Goddard typifies the problem with the real estate industry. Do not believe a word she says, she is the most in-genuine person I have ever met. Blatantly lied in the pre-signing interview to get the listing. All talk and fake promises, but little action and no responsibility for delivering a poor strategy, illegal underquoting and a mediocre result. Amie didn't even have the courtesy to say goodbye after the auction and a well below-promised result. It showed a massive lack of respect and showed where her priorities are. Purely $$ driven - get you in and spit you out. Do everything you can to avoid Jellis Craig Mentone and Amie Goddard.

Amie recently guided me through the sale of my first house. I had decided to sell right on top of Christmas and shortly after lockdown lifted (with threat of further lockdowns looming) so needless to say I was a little rattled throughout the process. However, Amie put me at ease from our very first meeting, and kept me well updated throughout. She is an extremely hard worker and exceptional communicator and reader of people, which is one of the reasons I chose to go with her/O'Brien. Amie was always readily available to answer questions or discuss concerns - on the rare occasion she didn't answer my call on first ring, she called back within 5 minutes.
